The Importance of Breast Massage

Breast Massage is very beneficial to a woman's over all health. Some of the benefits include firming and balancing hormones. However, most importantly massage will rid the breast of toxin, drain the lymphatic system which will encourage nutrient rich blood to circulate in the tissue for healthy cells to grow. Most importantly, Breast Massage along with yearly mammograms will help to detect early signs / stages of Breast cancer.

The Breasts consist of fat and glands mounted by a very delicate system of ligaments, nerves, lymph vessels, lymph nodes and blood vessels. The lymph system is the vehicle for removing toxin and abnormal cells out of the body.

Wearing a bra for long periods of time will increases the woman's risk of breast cancer, verses those who wear a bra for a shorter amount of time. The reason for this is that a bra restricts movement of the lymphatic vessels. These vessels are designed to remove accumulated toxin that flows from the breast cells, into the blood and body. When the lymph vessels are flattened by the bra, the toxin can not flow naturally. This is why it's important to massage the breast on a regular basis.

When massaging the breast you want to lightly stretch the lymph vessel walls, which encourages lymph drainage.

Step 1 Start by cupping your opposite breast . Fingertips should be in the armpit and thumb on the other side of the breast. Begin by squeezing gently with a pumping motion, making sure that you are clearing the lymph under the arms first. 15 times

Step 2 At this time you may use oil if you desire. Using the same hand or your breast massage crystal, in a pumping or circular motion, begin to massage around the top outer part of the breast working your way towards the nipple, then under still moving in the same direction. This should be pushing the fluid from the breast towards the armpits.

Step 3 With your fingertips, gently squeeze the nipple a 5 times. This will break up any fluid that had hardened. After squeezing, use Effleurage stokes from the nipple, up and out. Keep in mind that you are directing the fluid of the breast to move to the armpit.

Tips: The Lymphatic System is directly under the skin so you Do Not! need to add any pressure when performing this massage. Less is more. Each Press and release equals 1 pump.

Wearing our breast crystals in your bra throughout the day will give you infused energy.
